By applying for the Family Fund Give Away, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Violation of these rules will result in disqualification from the Family Fund Give Away monthly drawing. If you do not agree to these Official Rules, you may not apply for or accept funds.
These rules incorporate the N.I.A-7 Enlightenment Center Inc. Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any additional conditions outlined in connection with a specific Family Fund Give Away.
N.I.A-7 Enlightenment Center Inc. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Family Fund Give Away or these Official Rules at any time at its sole discretion.
Note: Applicants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate.
You may apply to win only if you meet the eligibility requirements published for the specific Family Fund Give Away. Funds are non-transferable, must be accepted as awarded, and are only available to applicants within the United States. Not eligible: Officers, directors, employees, contractors, or family members (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouses) of the N.I.A-7 Enlightenment Center Inc., or anyone residing in their household.
N.I.A-7 Enlightenment Center Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any applicant at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or ineligibility.
Applicants must:
- Meet all eligibility criteria
- Submit a complete application with a $15.00 non-refundable processing fee
- Apply through the N.I.A-7 Enlightenment Center Inc. official website before the published deadline
Incomplete, inaccurate, plagiarized, or automated applications will be disqualified.
All eligible applications will be reviewed by designated representatives.
- A winner will be selected monthly
- All decisions are final and non-negotiable
- N.I.A-7 Enlightenment Center Inc. reserves the right not to select a winner if no applications meet the criteria
Winners will be contacted via the contact information provided. N.I.A-7 may verify eligibility at any time. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to verify eligibility within the specified timeframe, the award will be forfeited and may be offered to an alternate.
Upon verification, funds will be issued to support essential needs such as utilities, rent, automobile repairs, or family living expenses. Funds will be delivered via Cashier’s Check within 30 days after the monthly drawing. Unless otherwise specified, funds are issued directly to the winner.
By accepting an award, the winner agrees to release N.I.A-7 Enlightenment Center Inc., its representatives, and affiliates from any and all legal claims, losses, or damages. Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with their award. N.I.A-7 Enlightenment Center Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the program at any time. If any part of these rules is deemed invalid, all remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
N.I.A-7 Enlightenment Center Inc. does not and shall not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, nationality, age, disability, or sexual orientation. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for eligibility and compliance purposes.
